For Abstract.

1. Authors, article title, abstract (up to 600 characters) and keywords (up to 12 words) in English and Russian languages.
2. Document format: MS WORD 97-2003, primary font - Times New Roman Cyr, type size - 12 pt. Margins: left - 3.0 cm, right - 1.0 cm, top, bottom - 2.5 cm, orientation - portrait, transfer words - automatic, indent - 0.5 cm.

4. If there are difficulties with the translation of abstract text in Russian, then can send it only in English:

For Paper .

1. Article volume is up to 5 pages, typed in Microsoft Word including figures, tables. Page format: size is A4, page orientation is portrait. Margins: left - 3 cm, right, top, bottom - 2 cm primary font - Times New Roman Cyr, type size - 12 pt. Page numbers are placed at the bottom of the page, aligned to the center.
2. The article title, authors, organization, address are indicated in the beginning of the article. References to the grants are made by a footnote from the title of paper at the bottom of the first page (for footnote use *). The paper should be divided into logical parts, including an introduction, conclusion. At the end of paper there is a list of references in alphabetical order.
3. Indention is 0.5 cm, line spacing - minimum. Type formulas in a special editor: MathType 5/6 or MS Equation 3.0. Font size in formulas - 12 pt.
4. In an accompanying letter indicate a section in which you would like to participate.
